We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.

Bzbeez adalah platform yang menghubungkan bisnis hospitality dengan pekerja yang tersedia. Kami menyediakan alat untuk posting pekerjaan, profil pekerja, dan komunikasi antar pihak. Kami tidak mempekerjakan pekerja secara langsung dan tidak bertanggung jawab atas hubungan ketenagakerjaan yang terbentuk melalui platform kami.

3. Akun Pengguna

Ketika Anda membuat akun dengan kami, Anda setuju untuk:

5. Pembayaran dan Biaya

Fitur tertentu dari platform kami mungkin memerlukan pembayaran. Dengan menggunakan fitur berbayar, Anda setuju dengan harga dan ketentuan tagihan kami. Semua biaya tidak dapat dikembalikan kecuali dinyatakan lain. Kami menggunakan pemroses pembayaran pihak ketiga dan tidak bertanggung jawab atas layanan mereka.

6. Konten dan Kekayaan Intelektual

Pengguna memiliki kepemilikan atas konten yang mereka posting di Bzbeez. Dengan memposting konten, Anda memberi kami lisensi untuk menggunakan, menampilkan, dan mendistribusikan konten tersebut untuk tujuan mengoperasikan platform kami. Anda menyatakan bahwa Anda memiliki hak untuk membagikan konten apa pun yang Anda posting.

7. Pembatasan Tanggung Jawab

Bzbeez disediakan "sebagaimana adanya" tanpa jaminan apa pun. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, insidental, atau konsekuensial yang timbul dari penggunaan platform oleh Anda. Total tanggung jawab kami tidak akan melebihi jumlah yang Anda bayarkan kepada kami dalam 12 bulan terakhir.

8. Pengakhiran

Kami dapat menangguhkan atau menghentikan akun Anda kapan saja karena pelanggaran syarat ini atau untuk alasan lain. Anda juga dapat menghapus akun Anda kapan saja. Setelah pengakhiran, hak Anda untuk menggunakan platform segera berakhir.

9. Perubahan Syarat

Kami dapat memperbarui Syarat ini dari waktu ke waktu. Kami akan memberitahu Anda tentang perubahan penting dengan memposting syarat baru di halaman ini. Penggunaan platform yang berkelanjutan setelah perubahan merupakan penerimaan syarat baru.

Syarat ini diatur oleh hukum Indonesia. Setiap perselisihan akan diselesaikan melalui negosiasi dengan itikad baik atau di pengadilan Indonesia.
